This research investigates the impact of domestic responsibilities on organizational stress among married women employed at Karabük University. It reveals that despite increased participation of women in the workforce, they continue to bear a disproportionate share of domestic chores, leading to heightened levels of stress, absenteeism, and reduced job satisfaction. Key findings suggest variations in stress levels linked to job position, monthly income, and the extent of spousal support in household tasks.
